Job Description

Do you have experienced Administration skills? Are you interested working in the Law industry and dealing with court cases? If yes to all, we have a great opportunity for you!

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a friendly team on a full time, temporary basis. You will be working from Monday to Friday with hours between 8am and 5.30pm. This is £9.59 per hour which includes holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.

This role offers you the chance to experience different roles each week on a rota basis. For example; one week you will be answering telephone enquiries and taking payments over the phone, another week you will be completing data input and petitions, one week will be opening and sorting post.

Your duties in include some of the following:

- General administration
- Opening / sorting post
- Data entry
- Answering telephone queries
- Taking payments over the phone
- Data Input / Petitions
- Carrying case files across different floors

You will have the ability to work as part of a team but also be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience in Data Entry, Word and Outlook.
