We have an exciting opportunity to work within the public sector on a temporary basis until around April next year as an administrator.

Duties will include but may not be limited to;
*Routine monitoring of the inbox and databases to forward requests to the relevant Officers.
*Updating in house IT database, Excel and Access IT systems to track work allocation.
*Generating simple cost estimates based on the information provided by the Officers and other internal staff.
*Communicating with external customers and internal staff to co-ordinate arrangements for pre-application meetings (date, venue, travel arrangements etc.).
*Facilitate the booking of meeting rooms, accommodation or travel for the Officers involved in pre-application meetings.
*Ensuring that all staff involved in providing chargeable services have submitted time recording information to enable subsequent invoicing to meet with SLAs.
You must have significant customer service experience, strong communication skills; both over the phone or email and must have good IT skills particularly with Microsoft suite.
The ideal person needs to be professional, strong organisational skills, strong attention for detail and ability to learn and track on different systems but also be confident learning new processes quickly.
The assignment is on condition of passing a DBS application and has an hourly rate of £9.56 and has other benefits including paid holidays and pension scheme.
