Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well established public sector organisation, starting in October 2019. This is an Admin Officer role like no other, it is a very different type of admin role with some work out of the office environment involved. If successful, your responsibilities will include:

-General administration duties such as, photocopying, filing, scanning
-Email and telephone correspondence
-Processing and recording data
-Updating computer systems
-Some inspection work involved out of the office environment
-Full use of company vehicle to navigate around the large industrial site
-Monitoring site activity
-Safety training and software training provided

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-A strong sense of personal ethics and integrity
- Working within a fast paced environment, reacting to spikes in activity
-Enjoy interacting with colleagues, members of the public and external stakeholders
-Hold a full UK Driving Licence

This is an interesting and varied full time temporary position initially until October 2020. There will be shift work involved within the role and the rate of pay is £10.73 p/h. We are looking for successful candidates to start in October 2019 and welcome applications.
