Administrator

The support team based in Leeds City Centre is looking to expand and develop its team due to natural attrition however they have also been awarded a number of specific projects that need staff to manage this.

Skills, qualifications and knowledge:


The Business and Operational Delivery Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive support services to NHS Digital in relation to the delivery of services to meet identified business needs.



The post holder will be responsible for day to day management and prioritisation of a range of services ensuring that these are delivered with a business focus, maintaining an emphasis on customer relations, supplier relations and maintaining agreed service levels.



This will typically involve prioritising tasks, investigating and resolving incidents, determining dependencies, general management of records, estimating future requirements and highlighting any problems to the Business and Operational Delivery Administrator in order to ensure that services are delivered to the required quality standard and to meet defined service level agreements.



The Business and Operational Delivery Officer will be a team player with a strong focus on accuracy, and will actively contribute to continuous service improvement activities, including the maintenance and improvement of quality and the introduction of change.



The post holder will demonstrate appropriate adherence to information governance requirements as determined by the assignment.



All members of NHS Digital Business and Operational Delivery profession are expected to work in ways that support NHS Digital strategy of focusing on its core business.
