Job Description
Our Public Sector client based in Mildenhall is seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. The role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, the rat e of pay is £9.66 an hour. The role is until the 20th December 2019.
The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
Maintaining files
Data input
Producing and collating documentation
Using Word, excel and in-house databases
Maintaining records
To maintain the emails in the shared mailboxes
Booking travel and accommodation
Keeping records of financial transactions
The ideal candidate will be a organised and a clear communicator both verbal and written.
You will be required to have previous experience in a similar role.
The rat e of pay is £9.66 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
