Job Description

The Ministry of Justice - Admin Officer
Location: Bradford
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours)
Pay: £8.36ph increasing to £9.59 after 12 weeks

This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.


Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for full time Administration Officers to join the Team with our client, The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford. The role will include working as part of a flexible busy office support team and will be responsible for the general administration for the office.


Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with post room duties
- Assisting at the customer counter to speak with court users
- General Administration
- Answering phone calls and county enquiries
- Data inputting and using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Photocopying files
- Dispatching post
- Responsible for paper file maintenance and processing paperwork
- Working to high daily minimum expectations of output with 100% accuracy rates
