Brook Street are seeking a temporary Admin Officer to provide administrative support to a public sector client in Bristol. The Admin Officer will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. The main duty of this role will be assisting with the arrangement of meetings, so experience of doing so would be beneficial.
Examples of work performed will include, but not be restricted to:
- Arranging and supporting meetings
- Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
- Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources
This assignment is until the end of March 2020 paying £9.62.
