Brook Street UK Ltd is seeking an Admin officer for our Public Sector client based in Belfast City Centre
Our client has advised us that the role is temporary and 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
If successful, the applicant must be willing to apply for an Access NI prior to starting their role.
We are seeking CV`s from applicants who have previous administration experience and 5 GCSE`s
For the purpose of shortlisting for this role, applicants must have :
Experience of use and application of Microsoft Office
Experience of working in a customer delivery environment, including provision of a customer service to the public, via the phone or face to face.
Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
Creation of electronic documents and storage/retrieval of same
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.01 paid on a weekly basis
