Brook Street are seeking an Admin Officer to work on behalf of the MoD based in Abbey Wood, Filton.
As an Admin Officer, you will provide administrative support to a department within the MoD, Collating and analysing complex information or data and inputting this into a bespoke database to reduce a backlog of outstanding reports.
As an Admin officer you will also be responding to enquiries by letter, fax, email, and telephone as well as filing and archiving documents. The role of Admin Officer also covers opening mail, sorting forms, prioritising paper work and data entry.
Previous experience in administration and data entry experience would be advantageous.
As an Admin Officer you will receive an hourly wage of £10.35 and this Temporary position will initially be up until the 15th February 2020, with the possibility of an extension.
