Job Description

Brook Street are currently looking for an Admin officer to work with the MoD based in Filton.

The Admin Officer will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision, providing daily support to the iHub Manager and Information Governance Lead in delivery core iHub tasks.

Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:

- Customer advice guidance on requests as per service catalogue
- Supporting iHub activity across the whole of the Submarine Delivery Agency
- Submitting catalogue requests
- Asset management
- sharepoint permissions
- basic site maintenance
- supporting team admin and conduct asset audits

Acting as a key team player, you will gain awareness and contribute to the delivery of corporate support services from the iHub, across the organisation; from asset management to actioning new accounts. There will be opportunity to gain skills from other areas of the team.

This Admin Officer position is Maternity cover so is a temporary position so is ongoing until 31/05/20, subject to extension. This is a full time job, Monday - Friday 37 hours a week, the pay rate for this position is £10.35. This post requires SC Clearance, anyone who holds this will be advantageous. The start date will be dependant on SC Clearance coming through, which will be a minimum of 6 weeks.
