Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Norwich, is seeking temporary Customer Service Handlers to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The rate of pay is £8.36 for the first 12 weeks, rising to £9.59 after. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.

The role will be providing support over the phone on the help-desk for County Court enquiries. This will include, but will not be restricted to;

- Answering incoming calls
- Resolving queries
- Updating databases
- Record management
- Providing assistance and relevant information
- Complaint handling
- Making outbound calls where needed to follow up queries


The ideal candidate will be able to work in a busy environment, dealing with a high volume of calls.

You will be required to have excellent Customer Service and communication skills.

The rate of pay is £8.36 for the first 12 weeks, rising to £9.59 after.
