Brook Street are seeking an Admin Officer on behalf of a public sector client in Truro.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of people providing administrative support to all Court users, including members of the Judiciary.
As an Admin Officer you will be responsible for undertaking administrative duties including:
Data entry using the Courts CASEMAN, FAMILYMAN and PCOL computer systems
Creating and updating word processing documents and excel spreadsheets
Creation, distribution and filing of Court files and bundles
Use office equipment e.g. photocopiers, scanners
Undertake post, telephone and reception duties as required
This Admin Officer assignment is until the end of March 2020, paying £8.36 rising to £9.59 after 12 weeks.
