Our Public Sector client based in Norwich, is seeking temporary Customer Service Handlers to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The rate of pay is £8.36 for the first 12 weeks, rising to £9.59 after. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
The role will be providing support over the phone on the helpdesk for County Court enquiries. This will include, but will not be restricted to;
- Answering incoming calls
- Resolving queries
- Updating databases
- Record management
- Providing assistance and relevant information
- Complaint handling
- Making outbound calls where needed to follow up queries
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a busy environment, dealing with a high volume of calls.
You will be required to have excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
