Our Public Sector Client is looking for an Administration Officer for multiple locations within the West Midland and surrounding areas, including Birmingham City Centre. This would be a temporary ongoing role full time 37.00 hours a week. You would be working between 8.00am and 8.00pm (shift basis), having flexibility for additional shift times would be ideal.
The role will involve a range of duties include providing customer service via the phone, dealing with queries via email and making decisions on applications after reviewing information provided. You will also need to be able to provide general support: scanning, filing and any ad hoc tasks required.
Above all you must be able to communicate effectively with a wide and diverse range of customers and internal stakeholders. You must have an eye for detail and be willing to actively engage in any tasks you are assigned. You must also be able to work calmly in high pressured situations in a professional manner.
This role will require a clearance to be in place before commencing work, so if you already have one on the DBS update service this would be very advantageous.
