Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of their esteemed public sector client in Glasgow.
This is a working from home role at present, all candidates must have a strong internet connection and an appropriate working environment.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office.
This is a temporary role for currently 6 months.
The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support to the Procurement Team. He or she will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.
Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to: Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report, note taking, overseeing administrative procedures and processes. They will also act as an administrative liaison with internal and external sources, such as to arrange meetings.
Typical qualifications and experience: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent) NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience). Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office is essential.
All candidates will be subject to a high level security clearance and must be able to adhere to all compliance checks including a full referencing check.
