Brook Street are currently recruiting for and Admin Officer to work for a government client based in Exeter.
Main duties include, but not restricted to:
-Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings.
-Producing court/tribunal documents
-General photocopying and filing
-Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input
-Post opening and dispatch
-Preparing meeting agenda, joining instructions, handouts etc.
-Drafting standard letters and correspondence, minutes, reports, submissions etc.
Skills and experience required:
-Strong administration skills and background
-Good IT skills with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Able to prioritise own workload
-Able to work within a team
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/08/2021 with a possibility of an extension.
Rate of pay is £8.87 per hour rising to £9.78 per hour after 12 weeks of work.
This is a full time role working Mon-Fri 37 hours per week.
