Admin Officer

Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for Admin Officers to work for a government client based in Exeter.

Main duties include:
-Preparing papers ad files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings.
-General photocopying and filing.
-Creating and updating records on in-house systems and data input.
-Post opening and dispatch.
-Preparing meeting agenda, joining instructions, handouts etc.
-Drafting standard letters and correspondence, minutes, notes, reports and submissions.

Skills and experience required:
-Strong administrative experience
-Good IT skills with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.

Rate of pay is £8.87 per hour rising to £9.78 per hour after 12 weeks of work.

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/05/2021 with a possibility of an extension.
