Job Description
The Ministry of Justice - Administration Officer
Location: Bradford Thornbury / Working from home temporarily
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours)
Pay: between 7.70ph - 9.78ph
This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Officer to join the Team at the Direct Lodgement Centre with our client, The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford. The role will include working as part of a team on behalf of the Regional support unit team for national business centres
You will be working from home for the unforeseeable future.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist with support to the Delivery Director, Cluster Managers and Head of RSU in carrying out their functions.
- Prepare and distribute documentation for meetings, including agenda papers, supporting documentation and minutes.
- Provide administrative support services for the RSU team, including; organising meeting, managing diaries, booking travel, booking rooms, processing payments.
- Sift and distribute mail and correspondence, drafting response as directed.
- Undertake additional support and administrative related assignments as required.
- Maintain a repository for all operational documentation, publications and materials.
- Assist in RSU business assurance duties as required.
- Draft standard letters correspondence, minutes and notes, as required.
- Maintain detailed records/information tracking operational progress changes and improvements.
- Work with the NBC Offices to resolve operational issues including logging and processing feedback and complaints and other ad hoc data.
- Assist management of projects/programmes.
- Research, compile, process and coordinate project data as required
- Produce basic statistical analysis reports and where required, process financial information.
