Job Description
Brook Street are recruiting for a customer facing Admin Officer working for one of our well established public sector organisations based at Newcastle Business Park. If successful, duties include:
-Managing the planned maintenance schedule
-Logging building faults
-Completing site health and safety walk rounds
-Assisting site visitors
-Communicating with customers face to face
-Completing various admin tasks as well as admin processes and procedures
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
-Admin experience and competent with Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
This is a full time, temporary position, initially until the end of March with potential to be extended. Ideal office hours, Monday to Friday and they are looking for the successful candidate to start in January.
