Hours: 37 per week
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm
Contract length: until 31/03/21 - with possibility of extension
Location: York City Centre
We are looking for 5 administrators to join a Government organisation in January.
The role will be working from home to start with but you must be able to commute to York city centre on a daily basis when the office reopens. You must have a desk, chair, reliable WiFi and a quiet space to work each day.
You will administer documents relating to the import and export of plants. The role requires strong computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook. You must be comfortable working in a fast-pace environment with good attention to detail. You will deal with customer service queries via phone, email and web chat.
You will have contact with third parties and the public by phone and email. You must have good customer service skills with good written/oral communication.
Due to the DBS check, you must have been a resident in the UK for five consecutive years, spending no longer than six months abroad during this period.
