Hours: 37 per week
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm

Location: York City Centre
We are looking an administrator to join a Government organisation in January.
The role will be working from home to start with but you must be able to commute to York city centre on a daily basis when the office reopens. You must have a desk, chair, reliable WiFi and a quiet space to work each day.
The role requires strong computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook. You must be comfortable working in a fast-pace environment with good attention to detail. You will deal with customer service queries via phone, email and web chat.
Create rotas, manage the case admin task list, chair weekly catch ups with case admin, ensure targets are met, ensure sickness policy is adhered too by staff, to liaise with the business manager and local senior probation officer around where your team are with the work required for completion.
You will have contact with third parties and the public by phone and email. You must have good customer service skills with good written/oral communication.
Due to the DBS check, you must have been a resident in the UK for five consecutive years, spending no longer than six months abroad during this period.
