We are looking for experienced admin officers to work in a Government department based in Salford.
This is a full time temporary role with a pay rate of £9.97 per hour.
Duties will include:
- Post opening, sorting, collating and dispatch.
- Issuing claims: conducting basic checks, issuing claim forms, creating and updating cases using a case management system and posting out claims by standard and DX post.
- Taking payments by cheque, fee account and over the telephone using secure online payment.
- Creating and updating records on in-house computer systems - data input.
You will also be required to work in a flexible way and undertake any other general office admin duties reasonably requested by line management.
Successful candidates are required to provide a full 3 years worth of references and are subject to a criminal check.
