Job Description

An exciting new role has opened within a government department. The successful candidate will provide admin support. Examples of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

- Meeting, escorting and facilitating visitors
- Issuing and updating site access passes
- Ordering stationery
- Dealing with the post and deliveries
- Reporting site faults and monitoring progress of repairs
- Monitoring admin mailboxes and dealing with emails
- Answering the phone and dealing with general enquiries
- Booking and facilitating meetings, including taking minutes
- Compiling and reporting of staff statistics such as overtime and expenses

Please note security checks will need to be conducted by the client before employment starts, hence the prospective start date of 1/4/21
