Brook Street are recruiting for a Portfolio Assurance Officer to work for a government client based in Exeter.
Working as a Portfolio Assurance Officer, you will be responsible in providing project and programmes support to ensure more effective and efficient delivery.
Main duties include:
-Supporting stakeholders in updating and maintaining resource plans and providing assurance of resource, people and skills based data.
-Ensuring that data is quality assured and available in a timely manner.
-Providing project and programme support to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
-Operate as Site Manager for local sites and provide support services for new systems and tools.
-Supporting other member of the local and national Business Team in developing new ways of working.
Skills and experience required:
-Strong administrative skills, with relevant experience within business management.
-Excellent IT skills with experience in using Microsoft Office and Share Point.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Able to prioritise own workload and use own initiative.
This a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £14.62 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment currently until 30/11/2021, with possibility of an extension.
