Brook Street are currently recruiting for Admin Officers to work for a government client based in Bristol.
Main duties include:
Checking of manufacturers submission paperwork in order to issue approval certificates
Issuing approval certificates within agreed time frame to meet customer expectations;
Entering correct and appropriate information onto an Excel spreadsheet, V1PSA, Job/approval registers
Downloading and uploading documentation from secure web-sites and saving into the correct job folders
On request from customers, issue job numbers
Answering e-mail enquiries from manufacturers, agents and other customers
Skills and experience required:
-Strong administrative skills, with experience in working within an office environment
-Excellent customer service skills
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £8.87 per hour, which rises to £11.19 per hour after 12 weeks of work.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 7th May 2021, with a possibility of an extension.
