Job Description

Our client based in Norwich is seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. Working on site in an assignment with the Prisons. However, please be aware the role is based in an office outside of the Prison itself.
This is an exciting opportunity, that will allow you to work in a team carrying out varied daily tasks.
The rate of pay is £8.87 an hour, rising to £9.87 an hour after a period of 12 weeks. For under 25's the National minimum wage applies. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
The role is Monday to Friday, generic office hours.
The role will include but will not be restricted to;
- Maintenance of Finance Trackers.
- Engagement with Service Delivery Managers and other Stakeholders
- Data input
- Minute taking
- Data entry and database management
- Call and email resolution and message relaying
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Mailbox management
- General administration
You will be required to have great communication skills, written and verbal, being confident in interacting using multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office 365, great attention to detail and the ability to handle data efficiently.
