Job Description
Our Public Sector client based in the centre of Peterborough is seeking experienced administrators to join their team, on either a full time or part time basis as we potentially have both available. The rate of pay is £9.06 an hour, rising to £11.10 after a period of 12 weeks.
Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
You must hold an in-date, valid passport to be considered for this vacancy.
You will be undertaking a range of administrative and customer service orientated tasks daily.
The role will include but will not be restricted to;
* Greet all customers and visitors at reception and provide appropriate assistance.
* Effectively organise the daily appointments, welcoming customers, setting expectations, explaining the process, putting customers at ease and handling queries including complaints
* Check customers in for appointment at the appropriate time, complete required checks and establish if applicant is fit for interview
* Plan and prepare for all allotted interviews, ensuring that any required special arrangements are facilitated
The rate of pay is £9.06 an hour, rising to £11.10 after a period of 12 weeks
