Job Description

Our public sector client based in Belfast City Centre has a vacancy for a Admin Officer

The role is full time and temporary ongoing

You will join a busy and experienced team that will support you in your new role. You will be required to provide administrative support to the team to ensure all information is properly filed on electronic and paper systems as required,

Collate and present relevant information to agreed timescales, produce reports and information to Senior Management. Answering telephone calls and accurately recording all Customer contact and details of queries and 7. Provide administrative support for meetings, including management of room bookings, taking and prompt issue of minutes to all parties

Our client does require at least 1 years Admin experience and 5 GCSE's Grade A to C to be considered for this role. Successful applicants must be willing to apply for a basic Access NI

You will be paid an hourly rate of £9.81 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
