Are you a self motivated and ambitious individual looking for an Admin opportunity and do you want to work in Birmingham city centre close to all the shopping and dining locations?
This role will enable you to gain a variety of admin experience within the public sector.
You will be working as part of a team that assists with customer enquiries so you must have excellent customer service skills when handling queries, and using their in house database. You will also be expected to have knowledge of excel and word and you will work as part of a team, and will be entrusted to manage your time and work responsibly and also support your colleagues and management team. Please note you will be provided with full training.
You will be working full time 37 hours Monday to Friday`s with potential opportunity for overtime at the weekend.
You will be required to complete a 3 year reference check and also complete a DBS clearance. The DBS check will require you to pay £26 for this but this will be refunded back into your account after 4 weeks of working for Brook Street.
Your hourly rate will be £9.97.
