Brook Street are currently recruiting for Admin Officers to work for a Government Body in Stoke
These roles are on-going Temporary roles. Working 37.5hrs per week. Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday Morning. Opening hours are from 7am to 7pm and you will be on a rota basis.
The Payrate is £7.98ph to start and will rise to £9.45 after 12 weeks
We are looking for people that have very Strong Customer Service Skills, excellent Administration skills and very good Telephone Etiquette.
You will be working in a Service Centre Environment as part of a team taking inbound calls and dealing with queries from members of the public.
Interview days are taking place on 4th, 9th and 11th January 2019 and spaces are limited.
To be considered for this role you must be able to supply the following information
Current Photo ID - Current Proof of Address - Proof of National Insurance Number. You will also need to supply 3 years worth of referencing information and be subject to a Basic DBS ( this will cost £25.00)
