My government client is looking for an experienced admin officer to join the Greater Manchester Manchester legal admin support team working between offices in Wigan and Manchester with potential working from home based on the needs of business.
You will be providing admin support including:
Handling personal information in relation to prospective magistrates and those already appointed.
Dealing with the recruitment process for the magistracy which will now include setting up and hosting remote interviews via MS Teams.
Bench and Committee support i.e. arranging meetings and taking notes at those meetings.
Arranging and supporting magistrates training)
The successful candidate will have the following:
Intermediate level of skills for IT proficiency
An eye for detail, accuracy and not afraid to ask questions
Happy to be on the telephone and video call
If you are successful for this role you will be required to undergo a basic DBS and provide three years worth of references.
