Job Description

All admin duties performed in the Cumbria & Lancashire Rota & Legal Admin Support Team, includes handling personal information in relation to prospective magistrates and those already appointed. Day to day management of sittings for approx. 530 magistrates using a web based Government programme. Dealing with the recruitment process for the magistracy which will now include setting up and hosting remote interviews via MS Teams. Bench and Committee support i.e. arranging meetings and taking notes at those meetings. Arranging and supporting magistrates training.
Excellent customer service skills required. Good IT skills inc. Windows 10, Microsoft office programmes.
