Job Description

I am currently recruiting for Administration Officers for my Public Sector client based in Hanley, Stoke on Trent.

This is a predominantly Telephone based role with administration aspects. You will be dealing with extremely sensitive information, and that while of course you will need to deal with this sensitively, confidentially and professionally, please be aware that you may see information that can be upsetting. You will need to be resilient, have a sense of urgency and excellent attention to detail. The work is also time sensitive, so you will need to be agile and adapt quickly to change.

You will receive up to 8 weeks of training (2 weeks induction, around 6 weeks of academy training) which is fully funded by the client.

This is a full-time role which will require you to work 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 08:00am - 17:30pm. The role will pay national minimum wage for the first 12 weeks, and this will rise to £9.78ph as of your 13th week of work.

We will need to process a DBS check and 3 years referencing as part of your compliance.
