My public sector client is looking for bright graduates or experienced but flexible administrators to join their busy teams based in Hanley, Stoke on Trent and Newcastle Under Lyme.
The ideal candidates will have strong IT skills and admin skills and will be a confident communicator.
The successful candidates should be able to confidently read from a script and should be able to type orders and process emails. These roles are to support the Judiciary and require all hearings to be set up via invitation.
The candidates will be trained on the following packages, so must be IT literate: BTMeetme, MSTeams and CVP. Any candidates with previous knowledge of any of these packages would be at an advantage, although thorough training will be given.
All successful candidates will be required to have a Standard DBS check prior to starting the role and must be able to commit to 37-hour week (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm).
This role is a demanding but rewarding one and will require staff to move around the building, as well as work remotely within the office in different locations from a laptop.
Pay rate is £8.87 for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £9.67ph after 12 continuous weeks of employment
