Job Title: Admin Officer
Pay: 9.78 hr
Duration: 6 Months
Brook Street are excited to be recruiting for two temporary Admin Officer roles within the MOJ in Nottingham City Centre.
The role will involve but not be limited to the following:
Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings.
Producing court/ tribunal documents.
General photocopying and filing.
Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input.
Post opening and dispatch.
Answering queries at the public counter.
Distributing confidential paperwork to other areas of the court, including to the Judges
- to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/ Word/ Excel
- customer service
*Please note working for the Ministry of Justice will require you to have photographic ID. This can be a Full-length Birth Certificate supported by a driving or provisional licence in your current address OR an in-date passport*
You will need to be security checked to Standard DBS Level and fully referenced for the last 3 years.
