Brook Street are working closely with the MOJ to recruit an Admin Officer to work within their Tribunals section in Nottingham City Centre. The role is a temporary one, initially for 3 months but with the potential to extend.
It is a full-time role, Mon - Fri, 37hrs, 9am - 5pm.
The role will involve a variety of duties within the Employment Tribunal jurisdiction, including but not limited to:
- the registration of new claims,
- clerking ET hearings,
- meeting and greeting of clients
- liaising with the judiciary
- ensuring the hearing rooms are clear and ready for use
- data input
- telephone work with customers, handling enquiries.
The ideal candidate will need to have good customer service skills and attention to detail, with accuracy being vital.
You will receive full training and may be trained on other processes such as vetting new claims and referring response to the judiciary.
The pay starts at NWR £7.70 - £8.36 for the first 12 weeks before increasing to £9.59 thereafter.
