My Public Sector Client based in Birmingham, is looking for Contact Centre Advisors to support their Family Public Law Team. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30pm (on a rota basis), 37.00 hours a week.
This role is predominantly telephony based with a small amount of administration required, therefore you must be comfortable spending most of your day on the telephone. Applicants ideally must have inbound contact centre experience of dealing with queries from members of the public which can range from sign posting to queries that are more difficult and sensitive in nature. However, those with strong customer service skills will be considered. You must be resilient due to the sensitive nature of the subject matter of the calls, have a sense of urgency due to the time sensitive nature of some queries yet also have excellent attention to detail.
You will be provided a laptop to allow home working when needed (please note you will also have to go into the office) and you will have a virtual induction and attend their virtual training academy to allow you full training and support for the role.
This role will require a clear DBS to be in place, and three years referencing.
This role is paying £9.06 then rises to £9.78 from the 13th working week. Please note that the role will be paying NMW wage for 23`s and under, then rise to £9.78 from the 13th working week.
