We have an exciting new opportunity available on a 4-month contract for one of our government clients based in London, they are looking for an Admin Officer to join their team!
The responsibilities for this role will include:
" Telephone enquiries/monitoring of shared mail- box
" File archiving and retrieval
" Arranging and attending meetings through liaison with colleagues and checking diaries
" Note taking at meetings
" Raising purchase orders (training to be provided)
" Booking travel and accommodation
" Room bookings
" Diary support for Director
