My Public Sector client is currently recruiting for 4x Admin Officers at their office based on Hagley Road (10 minute walk from Five Ways train station).
Your role will be to provide administrative support to the Administrative Support Centre, where you are assigned to teams to process high volumes of data input to progress cases. A high proportion of the role will be to process further evidence and actioning correspondence, as well as carrying out minimal filing, linking post and general office duties. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills as this is vital to the effective operation of the business.
This is a temporary on-going position with no confirmed end date. You will be paid National Minimum Wage for the first 12 weeks of the assignment, and the pay rate will rise to £10.12ph as of your 13th week of work. You are paid weekly on a Friday.
You will be required to work 08:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, and 08:30 - 16:00 Friday. You will receive a 30 minute unpaid lunch break every day.
This role is subject to a Basic DBS check, which will inform us of any unspent convictions.
