We have a great opportunity for an Administrator`s to work within various court locations in Northampton.
Key purpose of the role
Operating office and court equipment
Resulting, checking accuracy and completeness against guidelines or a proforma, e.g. issuing jury payments
Providing support to colleagues & judiciary outside of court / hearing times
Collecting and delivering files and bundles to the judiciary and clerks ensuring they have the necessary papers
Creating and/or maintaining databases , lists, manuals
Completing documents including standard letters, forms, applications, orders, records, registers, statistics etc.
A successful candidate must:
Have extended experience in admin sector
Have a strong communications skills
Have a good IT skills
Be able to remain calm under pressure
Be able to work with very confidential and sensitive information
Be able to provide 3 years of referencing
You will be working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £8.87 per hour which is paid weekly, this will then rise to £9.78 p/h after working 12 weeks. You will also accrue holiday as you work.
