Brook Street are excited to be recruiting for Temporary Admin Officer roles within the Ministry of Justice. These will be located within Nottingham City Centre, easily accessible by public transport.
The roles will involve but not be limited to the following duties:
Preparing of papers and files for court hearing and meetings
Producing court and tribunal documents
Producing letters, notices and orders for court.
Processing correspondence and making referrals to Judges.
Creating and updating of in house computer systems and data entry
Clerking hearings taking place by video conferencing and those attending in person.
Facilitating telephone hearings.
Filing and photocopying duties
Post room duties
Dealing with queries via telephone, email or in person at the public counter
Distributing of paperwork to areas of the court and judiciary
Sending out invitations for "Teams" meetings and our own in-house video conferencing system.
Liaison between the Judiciary and parties.
Listing and preparing cases for hearing.
General ad-hoc office duties.
The role is temporary and full-time, 37hrs per week Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
The Assignment is currently until the end of March with probable extension
The pay rate is £10.86 per hr.
To be able to be considered for this role you will have to pass a Standard DBS check, provide full reference details for the last 3 years and have current photographic ID ie passport and/or drivers licence.
