Job Description

Our public sector client are looking for a temporary worker to join their team as an admin officer. This is initially a temporary role for 12 months, this will then have the chance of being extended. This is full time, 37 hours, 9am - 5pm.

Your day to day duties will include:
- Creating and updating files,
- Using in house systems,
- Communicating with Judges,
- Checking and correcting forms,
- Communicating with court ushers via telephone, email and face to face

The ideal candidate will have excellent:
- Organisation and time management skills
- Good spoken and written communication
- Collaborative approach and able to work as a team
- Able to deliver at pace and under pressure
- Knowledge of word, excel and general computer skills

The pay rate for this role will start at £9.06 (£8.36 for under 23`s) and will increase to £10.86 after 12 weeks of working. The successful candidate for this role will be subject to a standard DBS check due to the nature of the role. Please apply for more information.
