Job title: Court Administration Officer
Working hours: 37 Hours per week Monday - Friday
Start date: ASAP
End date: December 2022

This position is subject to undertaking a Basic DBS & 3 years referencing
" As an Administration Officer you will cover all areas of general clerical work.
Your role will involve use of various IT systems upon which training will be given.
The tasks are straightforward, regulated by well-established guidelines and/or detailed instructions.
Admin staff work within a team with regular management support and are responsible for their own time.
Customer service and IT skills are essential to this role along with being able to work as part of a team.
All admin duties performed include but not limited to:
" General admin duties
" Answering the telephone,
" Attending to the Public Counter
" Dealing with fees and balancing at the end of the day
" Drafting Judge`s orders
" Lodging documents on the Court file
" Dealing with correspondence - email, letter, telephone
" Court clerking
" Dealing with court video conferencing and marshalling/listing cases on the Court diary
" Candidate will be working closely with the Team Manager so previous experience within an administration role is essential.
