Brook Street is very excited to be recruiting for a Pixilation Officer within the MOJ in Branston.
The Pixilation Officer is responsible for handling the receipt and processing of all redactions as requested by HMPPS, Government Legal Department and other bodies as requested.
The Officer will be responsible for the planning, capture, transfer and processing of pixilation's.
The Officer will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities and duties:
* Responsible for providing support for all HMPPS pixilation's
* Responsible for ensuring all pixilation's are completed as per the instructions received from the commissioning client.
* Responsible for working with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely completion of pixilation's.
* Monitor developments in technology to ensure that pixilation's are produced utilizing the most appropriate ICT equipment for completion.

The role is a temporary one, currently until the end of Oct 20 but could be extended as the business dictates.
It's Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, 37hrs in total. The rate of pay is £7.70 - £8.36/hr NWR and after 12 weeks, will increase to £9.59/hr.
You will need to confirm your employment history for at least 3 years prior to the date of application so that pre-employment checks can be carried out. If you have spent significant time abroad (6 months or more in the last 3 years) you will be required to give a reasonable account why.
You will also need to successfully complete a Basic DBS check.
