This role is 37 hours a week. Monday to Friday. Hours of work- 9-5
Duties include but are not limited to:
o Preparing, sorting or indexing files.
o Drafting reports and letters.
o Photocopying documents.
o Arranging appointments, conferences, hearing dates, meetings.
o Contact with the public, colleagues and judiciary, in person or by telephone to obtain information and advising on procedure
o Operating computers and other office equipment.
o Keeping accurate written records for statistical and future reference purposes.
The successful candidate should have previous admin experience and will be subject to compliance checks including a DBS.
