Brook Street Edinburgh are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer on behalf of our esteemed Public Sector client based on Melville Street, Edinburgh.
This is a temporary position, Monday - Friday, paying These are Temporary positions paying £8.87, and rising after 12 weeks.
The Temporary Worker will provide administrative duties for tribunal services, including:
Attending to Clerk Hearings
Writing and Preparing Reports
Attending to Customers face-to-face
Typical qualifications and experience:
Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)
Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Responding to Subject Access Requests by checking for the correct identifying information, proof of identity and consent if required
All successful applicants will be subject to providing 3 years worth of references and a security check.
