Job Description
A new, exciting role has become available to work for a Government body as an Admin Officer. This role will be working full time on site, the office is based in East London Family court.
This is an onsite role The hours will be Monday - Friday, 9-5, 37 hours per week.
The pay will be £13.98ph, and the temporary role will be running until at least May 24 with a possible extension.
Administration Officers work within operational teams dealing with processing and family data input
" Working as part of an administration support team dealing with a range of administrative and casework matters
" Managing own work to prioritise and complete assigned tasks
" Creating case records, case orders and court clerking
" Inputting and updating information on case management systems
" Reviewing and maintaining accurate case records to progress work in a timely manner
" Providing general clerical support
Essential criteria:
You will need to be flexible in approach and have the ability to multi-task, be positive and have a can-do attitude
" Through your ability to think ahead and your eye for detail you will ensure the accuracy of information
" You can work on your own initiative and meet deadlines, using your initiative to find solutions
" You will be able to make decisions, seeking guidance and support whenever appropriate
" You are a team player with the ability to build relationships, enabling you to act as a flexible colleague ensuring shared responsibilities are fulfilled
" You will be an effective communicator (written and verbal) and be comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders over the telephone, via email and letter and accurately recording information in written notes.
" You will have good IT skills, particularly in the use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word & Excel)Full job spec upon request.
