Job Description
Brook Street are currently looking for experienced Data Entry Clerks to work for a Government Client, based in Plymouth.
Main Duties:
-Examine textual and/or spatial extracts to validate how conformant the data is against pre-defined criteria.
-Quickly and accurately identify all instances of non-conformance in the data.
-Create reports and update online dash boards to record the volumes of data tested, the accuracy achieved and give a justification for all non-compliant items.
-Confidently make succinct referrals where appropriate to ensure an accurate evaluation is achieved.
-Take ownership of own development, building capabilities through continuous learning.
Experience and Skills:
-Experience of working as part of a team to achieve common goals
-Excellent attention to detail, with an ability to respond to gaps, errors and irregularities in information.
-Ability to work quickly and accurately, assimilating information across a variety of different data sources.
-Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise personal workload effectively.
-Good IT skills, with recent experience of utilising Microsoft based software, including Outlook, Word and Excel
-Experience of working to deliver quality assurance or quality audit.
Hours- Between 7:00 - 18:30
Full Time 37 hrs, Part Time minimum hours 22.
Rate of pay is £10.55 per hour.
This assignment is ongoing until the end of April 2019, but may be extended depending on business needs.
