Brook Street are happy to be recruiting for Admin Officer roles within the MOJ in Nottingham City Centre.
The admin officers are required to be flexible & move across a variety of functions/processes within the magistrates` Court.
The main duties will involve following standard procedures for the preparation of courts, listing courts, resulting courts, dealing with incoming & outgoing post, dealing with telephone queries, dealing with customers face to face, filling & other adhoc general office admin duties.
There is also an expectation that they will assist with clerking tribunals on an adhoc basis to support the wider cluster.
All of these duties involve accurate inputting & extracting of information from a computer system.
These are temporary full-time roles, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, totalling 37 hours, £9.59/hr.
