My Government client in Salford (M5) is looking to recruit 12 Admin Officer's on a temporary basis.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, no weekend work required.
Key Purpose of the Role:
Within HMCTS, Admin Officers are required to carry out general administrative duties to progress cases through the court/tribunal system. You may have regular contract with members of the Judiciary and the legal profession. You will work as part of a team to undertake a range of functions and responsibilities specified.
Creating and updating records on internal software system and data input
Preparing papers and files for court
Assisting court users, supporting listing and rota management
To work as a team to problem solve and contribute to small projects
Produce basic statistical analysis reports
Confidently liaise with Court staff, members of the Judiciary, Cluster Manager's etc.
As this is a government position, you will need to undergo a basic criminal record check and we will need to obtain 3 years' worth of employment references.
